As we are not Amazon (lucky us!), we use the regular service of Deutsche Post, DHL or Hermes.
Our parcels cost the exact same like for any private customer and take as long to be delivered.
Unfortunately some parcels take much longer than the delivery time we indicate.
In case you are missing your order after the indicated time please let us know immediately.
Shipping
Please get in contact with us to align on potential shipping into other countries than available in our shop.
For shipping to the German islands please add 2 days more.
International shipping times need 3-4 days more than indicated.
Times do not include any potential times for customs declaration and our customers have to bare any custom tariffs.
